This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and
shall apply to Tim Hayes/The Limit Software and any successors,
administrators, heirs and assigns. Any action or proceeding brought by
either party against the other arising out of or related to this
agreement shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent
jurisdiction located in Lake County, Indiana. The parties hereby
consent in personam jurisdiction of said courts.

Cookie Crusher is the property of Tim Hayes. This distribution is for
evaluation purposes only. Once it is established that the operator of the
computer is going to use Cookie Crusher beyond 30 days, it must be
registered. This applies to home, school, business or government use.
Any use of the unregistered version of Cookie Crusher beyond the 30 day
trial period violates this license agreement and is not permitted.
An unregistered version of Cookie Crusher may be shared freely.
A registered version of Cookie Crusher may not be distributed. A
registered version is for use on only one computer and may not be shared.
